    The undersigned acknowledges that this agreement is being executed to personally guarantee the rental agreement for (Tenant’s Name)





    through the duration of occupancy, for payment of any monetary damages suffered by landlord, including but not limited, actual attorney’s fees incurred in the enforcing of said agreement and/or this guarantee; that the undersigned is not occupying the premises and is not entitled to service of the statutory notices required by law to be provided to occupants.

    I am aware that a credit report may be requested on the above information. Co-Signer approval is based on positive credit history, gross six times rental amount, five years + home ownership. If APN number (property tax id #) is not provided, this application will not be processed.
