Tenant Benefit Package

All of our tenants are automatically enrolled in our Tenant Benefit Package. The following items are included as part of the package:

FILTER SERVICE: New HVAC filter will be mailed to the property every 90 days to ensure lease compliance, clean air, and help reduce utility bills by 15-30%. This service is provided to all property that requires an HVAC filter. See attached flyer.

ACH PAYMENTS: Benefit: Free recurring ACH Electron Payments – Save money on postage and never worry about lost mail. Set up one-time recurring ACH payments… and with no convenience fees!

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: Benefit: 24/7 Maintenance Hotline to reach a live person after hours for maintenance issues & emergencies.

ONLINE MAINTENANCE REQUEST: (general maintenance request) Benefit: Convenience of marking maintenance request 24 hours a day.

UTILITY CONCIERGE: Benefit: A personal concierge service will assist in setting up your utilities as well as any phone, cable, internet or security needs. Citizens Home Solutions will take care of connecting all your utilities and amenities so you can focus on more important things in moving into your new home.

REGULAR PROPERTY VISITS: Benefit: Throughout the year we will schedule visit(s) for us to come check on the property and make sure you are doing okay. We will see if there is anything in particular that you need that you may not have already asked for.

LATE FEE FORGIVENESS: Benefit: One Time Late Fee Forgiveness. Benefit: Turn-key will grant a one-time waiver of a late fee one-time every 12 months.

RETURNED PAYMENT FORGIVENESS: Benefit: One Time Returned Payment Fee Forgiveness. Benefit: Turn-Key will grant a one-time waiver of a returned ACH or Check payment fee, on-time every 12 months.

MONTHLY STATEMENTS: Benefit: Statements emailed at the end of each month with current balance due so you are always paying the correct amount.

ELECTRONIC RECORDS: Benefit: Electronic Copies of Lease Agreement, Addendums and Move-In Checklist. Copies of your important documents will be filed electronically and a copy will be provided to you via email for your records.
